Springknows' original intention is to bring a highly aesthetic culture and product to everyone, and that is what keeps us going.
It's fun to learn about a culture and we learn a lot about different values, aesthetic standards, and nationalities. That's what the Springknows team is trying to do, and we hope that anyone interested in Chinese culture will be able to deepen their understanding through us. We currently have two channels, TikTok and ins, to share our vision of Chinese culture and to provide a safe and secure shopping site for people to choose their favorite cultural products.
As a new team, we have already accumulated hundreds of customers and fans and have not received any complaints. We want everyone's experience of the new culture to be smooth, so we are careful to review our products, videos and images, and everything else we produce.
Springknows is a very young team, so the business is not very big and to be honest our cash flow is not very good. 2021 we are talking about increasing our promotional channels such as Twitter, youtube, etc. and expanding our product line to offer a wider range of products, and we are also planning to use email marketing to increase our repurchases and We also planned to use email marketing to increase the return rate and spread the word. But plans don't always work out as planned.
The Springknows team and business have been hit hard by the new crown epidemic. Our logistics, product production, and teamwork were all challenged. Collaboration with suppliers was also suspended, and team members experienced tricky internet issues. We had no choice but to suspend our promotional efforts and mall channels, and Kevin took care of the remaining after-sales and private fan communication operations, thanking him for his continued perseverance.
In April we decided to relaunch our business and after some discussion, we decided to streamline our product line, suspend our plans to expand our social media channels, bring in suppliers with overseas warehouses, and so on to ensure we could re-launch our business smoothly.
In terms of product range, we have added a new Art & Craft range, where our team will be putting together a unique range of Chinese-inspired products, most of which are sent from China and enjoy more beautiful packaging, making them perfect as gifts for your loved ones.
In terms of brand marketing, we have decided not to maintain our Facebook channel, but we will not be closing our public page. ins and TikTok will remain our main social platforms where we will post our latest news, ideas, and some cultural knowledge.
